This event was attended by project teams, international experts, and representatives from various institutions in the region, promoting moments of inspiration, collaboration, and strategic alignment.
Workshop Objectives and Organization
The intensive workshop aimed to prepare participating teams for challenges and opportunities in the field of social innovation. The activities were divided into two days with practical sessions, moments of inspiration, and collaborative actions that addressed topics such as:
• International best practices in social innovation and emerging trends in areas such as health, education, and well-being.
• Mapping ecosystems and strategic partnerships, promoting collaborations for broader impact.
• Project planning and execution, using methodologies such as theory of change and strategic roadmaps.
Participants were guided by an international team of experts in the development of social innovation projects, ensuring a practical and results-oriented approach.
Impact and Next Steps
This workshop represented the first step in an ongoing process of mentoring and monitoring, which includes individual meetings, group coaching sessions, and specialised workshops. The goal is not only to ensure the success of the approved projects, but also to empower participants to lead future social innovation initiatives in the region.
Social innovation is emerging as an essential tool for addressing contemporary challenges, and through this programme the AMP is reinforcing its commitment to creating transformative and sustainable solutions.
