The study called "Survey on Training Needs of Local Authorities in the Porto Metropolitan Area" was carried out as a result of the application submitted within the scope of Measure 1.5 - Qualification of Territorial Dynamics, within Action Line 1 - Training in Local Administration, of the North Operational Programme - FORAL, with the aim of carrying out a Prospective Diagnosis Study on the training and human resources needs of local authorities in the Porto Metropolitan Area.

Based on the needs and opportunities perceived in a short / medium term, the study sought to define a Training Master Plan for the municipalities that integrate the AMP.
