The AMP’s Budget must anticipate, every year, the maximum amount of the different kinds of staff expenditure, in accordance with Article 31 of the General Labour Law for Civil Servants (Lei Geral do Trabalho em Funções Públicas), approved with Act No. 35/2014, of 20 June.
