Strategic Council for Metropolitan Development

Article 78

Nature and composition 

1 – The strategic council for metropolitan development is an advisory body dedicated to supporting the decision-making process of the remaining metropolitan area’s bodies.

2 – The strategic council for metropolitan development is composed of representatives of institutions, entities and organizations that are relevant and intervene within the scope of metropolitan interests.

3 – It is the competence of the metropolitan council to deliberate the specific composition of the strategic council for metropolitan development.

Article 79

Operation

1 – The strategic council for metropolitan development is given the competence to approve its own organization and operation rules of procedure.

2 – The rules of procedure referred to in the previous paragraph become valid after being ratified by the metropolitan council.

3 – The duties performed as part of the strategic council for metropolitan development are not remunerated.
