After completing the 1st stage of the Action Plan, by June 2026, profiting from the RRP support, the results of monitoring and evaluation carried out throughout its implementation, a 2nd stage of the Action Plan will take place, supported by the ESIF – European Structural and Investment Funds, available through the Cohesion Policy, namely the North Regional Operational Programme and the Themed Operational Programmes.

This will ensure maximum coverage through adequate complementarity between instruments, avoiding redundancies, overlaps and/or gaps, as well as double funding.
