The AMP drew up a global diagnosis, characterising the nature, size and incidence of the main problems affecting the most vulnerable social groups in the metropolitan area, which resulted in the Action Plan for the Disadvantaged Communities of the AMP (APDC-AMP), a document that underpinned and supported the contract established between the Recover Portugal Mission Structure and the AMP, giving the AMP the status of Intermediary Beneficiary.

The APDC -AMP includes in its “Line I. Territorial Interventions” six Integrated Operations on a supra-city scale supported by an Action Plan that underpins and shapes the contract established between the AMP and the six Local Technical Units.

Therefore, as part of the 1st Stage Call for Proposals, the coordinating municipalities, representing all the partners that are part of the respective Local Technical Unit, presented the proposals for the Action Plans for Integrated Operations on Intervention Territories (APIOIT) identified in the APDC-AMP.

The 2nd Stage Call for Proposals is aimed at submitting/applying for Individual Operations (projects), generally provided for in the Action Plan for Integrated Operations on the six Intervention Territories defined in the AMP Action Plan for Disadvantaged Communities.
