The Porto Metropolitan Council holds regular meetings gathering the mayors of the 17 municipalities comprised in the AMP. The meetings are public, taking place in the AMP’s headquarters, or in any other venue chosen by the Council, and respecting their statute-defined schedule. The body has its own operating system, and all its decisions are made public.

Operation

The meetings of the Metropolitan Council follow the regulation approved on 10 December 2021.

Periodicity

The Metropolitan Council’s regular meetings take place once a month, namely every last Friday of each month, beginning at 10:00.
